Super Verify
superverify.org allows users to verify their data/contact information/identity via SMS and ensures that the end-user is who they say they are. Additionally, superverify.org will remind users who haven't completed all the verification questions to continue. The verification questions can be Knowledge-Based Answers (KBA) via SMS, or simply verifying answers were correct from their process. By opting into Super Verify, the end-user agrees to receive content from or on behalf of Super Verify via phone number #, and understands that consent is not a condition of service.
This is a standard-rate, Super Verify SMS program, message frequency varies and message & data rates may apply.

Terminating the Service
By You: You may terminate any of the Services or subscriptions at any time by texting STOP to any inbound message or replying STOP to any message you have received in the last 30 days.
By Super Verify: You agree that Super Verify, at its sole discretion, may at any time terminate your use of all or any portion of the Services if Super Verify believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with this Agreement.
Description of the Services
Super Verify will be sending a verification to users to confirm or verify their identity, with links to their application or profile. You acknowledge and agree that the Services are for your personal use only. Super Verify occasionally provides links or access to websites owned by third parties. Super Verify does not own or operate such Third Party Links and is not responsible for the content or performance of any Third Party Links.
Frequency of Messaging
Message frequency varies.
Messages Sent
Once you have been opted into messaging, you will start receiving SMS messages to the number you have provided about verification on account, application, as well as the current status of the application.
Example Messages:
- "Super Verify – Hello John Doe, your application has been processed and verified, finish final steps here EXAMPLE.COM msg STOP to opt-out"
- "Hello, this is REP from Super Verify, your application needs attention, verify and confirm information here EXAMPLE.COM msg STOP to opt-out"
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
